About Seller Fee Calculators

Fast, free, private fee calculators for people who actually sell things online — built to stay accurate as the platforms keep changing their rates.

✓ All fees verified July 23, 2026

Why this site exists

Marketplace fees change constantly, and most fee calculators online quietly go stale — still showing last year's percentages, or silently rounding away the per-order fee, the processing charge, or the tax base. If you price against a wrong number, the mistake comes straight out of your margin.

Every calculator here does two things differently: it shows the date its fees were last verified against the official source, and it handles the awkward details correctly — which fees apply to shipping, which apply to sales tax, tiered rates, category exceptions, and per-order fees.

How the numbers are kept current

Once a month, the fee schedule for each marketplace is checked against the platform's own official fee page (linked at the bottom of every calculator). When a rate changes, the calculator, the on-page fee tables, and the "verified" date are all updated together. That verification date is the whole point — it tells you exactly how fresh the numbers are.

Private by design

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The prices, costs, and margins you type are never uploaded, stored, or shared — there is no account and no server-side logging of your inputs. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

What's covered

Calculators are live for eBay, PayPal, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Whatnot, with more marketplaces on the way. Most calculators also include a reverse mode: tell it the amount you want to take home, and it works out what to list the item for.

Independence & disclaimer

This is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, PayPal, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, or any other marketplace. Every effort is made to keep the fee data accurate, but rates can change without notice and edge cases exist — always confirm against the official fee page and your own selling account before making pricing decisions. The results are estimates, not financial advice.

Spotted a fee that looks wrong?

Fee accuracy is the entire point of this site, so corrections are genuinely welcome. Use the contact form to tell us the marketplace and what you're seeing, and it'll be checked against the official source.
