Depop seller fees in 2026, explained
Depop made a big change: the selling fee is now 0%. What's left is payment processing and one optional promotion fee:
| Fee | Rate | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Selling fee | 0% | Removed for US sellers in 2024 |
| Payment processing | 3.3% + $0.45 | Item price + shipping charged |
| Boosted Listings (optional) | 8% | Item price + shipping, only if you boost |
For a standard sale, your total cost is just the 3.3% + $0.45 processing fee — one of the cheapest structures of any resale app. The processing fee applies to the item price plus any shipping you charge the buyer.
Boosted Listings is opt-in: turn it on for an item and, if it sells through the boost, Depop adds 8% of the sale. That roughly quadruples your effective fee (from ~4% to ~12% on a $100 item), so only boost items where the extra visibility is worth it.
